Established in 2000, FAY Metal Ornaments is a company combining the design, sampling, manufacture and sales of stainless steel jewelry. We have over 5,000 styles to choose from and our products include necklaces, bracelets, hand chains, pendants, rings, earrings, cufflinks, wallets, buckles and various fashion accessories. They are all suitable as presents as well as party and wedding gifts.
We apply the 5S management mode in our company which covers 2,500 square meters housing 220 employees that man six processing lines. We export 95% of our products and we have a monthly output of 200,000 pieces provided with three to five years' warranty. We have 20 QC personnel who control our goods to a rework rate of 0.01% plus we have 10 raw material suppliers who have been working with us for over 10 years.
Our nine designers with 15 to 20 years' working experience can develop 30 new styles monthly and they often take part in international design competitions and international fairs. We have our own molding department and brand which is FAY. In addition, one of our designs got the “Excellent” Award in the Cartier Design Contest 2008. Samples are available within 15 to 25 days.
